As a former resident of Waco, I can say that it's a hidden gem in the heart of Texas that has so much to offer, from delicious local cuisine to beautiful outdoor spaces and fascinating historical sites. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and can be easy to miss, but it's definitely worth a visit.

8:00 PM - End your night with drinks at Dichotomy Coffee & Spirits. This unique spot serves up artisanal coffee drinks during the day and craft cocktails at night. The second-floor patio is the perfect place to unwind and take in the beautiful Waco skyline while enjoying a delicious drink.
